Her approach to designing and implementing treatment protocols for clients is person-centered, utilizing motivational interviewing and solution-based focused therapy. She currently specializes in psychoeducation for individuals and groups who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, family/parenting techniques, career challenges, relationship issues, and general life struggles. At the core of her practice, she believes that real food, an active lifestyle, and personal responsibility are the key ingredients for a balanced mind, body, and spirit. Ultimately, Sally helps clients find strategies to address the root cause of their mental health difficulties to empower them to move forward in life.
While looking at each person as an individual with a life experience equal to no other, similar to a fingerprint, she creates and recommends a lifestyle that reflects the specific needs of each client. Although she believes each person has a different experience than another, she also knows how relatable all life experiences and trauma are and brings an understanding, knowledge, and intuition that assists in clients’ healing.
